Principal mandir

Sri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir

The lakeside Shiva temple at the heart of the precinct — today honoured as Sri Kashi Vishwanath Shakti Peeth. Daily abhishek and the great rites of Maha Shivratri are centred here.

Ganga Dwar

Approach to Ganga Talao · Grand Bassin

Completed and inaugurated in honour of Mahatma Gandhi’s centenary — the Sabha’s ceremonial gateway welcoming pilgrims toward the sacred shore.

Around the crater lake

Along the walkways stand shrines and murthis that complete the pilgrimage — Ganga, Hanuman, Ganesh, Lakshmi and companion deities — so that the lake holds the full presence of the tradition.
